Yes, real estate!

an investors market for sure, trying to convince buyers to buy has gotten old. besides the least honest have mastered the tactic. my weapon is knowledge and keeping in tune with the trends is O so exciting. fortunate to be in Las Vegas NV, it is easy to identify the hot spots. 2010 bought about new construction as land developers continued to nit pick parcels throughout the valley and though construction never stopped it was easy to see what areas would become popular with investors. it is simple to sell something that looks good but really delivering satisfaction is a talent. beltway construction and highway access continue to burden this wonderful city but there are areas outside of green valley that deserve recognition. that is where the market trend has shifted, investors are purchasing in areas that are appealing and economical, many taxpayers have to take into consideration, gas, shopping, commute even entertainment before deciding on where to reside and renting is very resourceful. 3 years ago i was knee deep in foreclosures, still i am amazed that so many could be losing their house but buyers are evolving. the information is there so i believe a similar situation will never be upon us. i am here and very able to assist in residential rentals and purchases and yes i am in business to get rich but i am focused on making you rich too!

People have basic instincts - instincts define individuals, individuals are defined by characteristics. still thinking

there is no comfort in death for those of us that must continue on only able to miss those that have passed on. although it is not a constant depression it is a feeling that comes about often. with whatever happens next i miss all the departed and hope it is not lonely. it is very easy to see the bad in people but we are here and then we are gone and not 1 person can explain any of it. i do not judge and it is not because i don't care, it is because i care too much.

Before i knew how smart i was the only thing about politics that bothered me was voting, working class people spit on one another daily, what type of thinking allows an individual to believe his or her vote will be valued and represented properly. Earlier civilizations experienced corruptions and rebellions, today we are smarter with amazing technology and we continue to struggle with the basics. Tax dollars should be the infrastructure of a sturdy and reliable Government that has a clear objective. Holding a group of people responsible for selecting suitable representatives to lead them is the backwards way of running a country.  We do not select the people who "teach" the people we put in power, smart people choose them us. What is most frustrating is there are  zero answers and constant bickering. This is not supposed to be an attempt for everyone to agree but we have tried so many times in the past we should have narrowed down what might actually work in getting some positive growth. Sometime between 02 and 04 i was driving when a motorcycle officer bull horned me to put my seat belt on, something i am clearly against, mandatory seat belts, as i passed the officer i waited for him to instruct the group of youths to pull their pants up, we had all been waiting at the same intersection yet he said nothing to the bad dressers. The seat belt law is in effect, taxpayers have been paying fines for this cause when the big issues have "been on the table" for years, with kids finishing and beginning high school i have real concerns especially when all i hear is debating about what group i need to support.  When politicians behave in the best interest of the people, we will overcome.

There is no argument with an audience over 30 that education must have positive outcome year after year. children should be introduced to proper study habits and patterns early, helping a child to determine his or her strong skills is important in igniting independence traits also mastery of basic fundamentals increases reading and math proficiency. observing children that are loud and hard to control versus loud and informative, willing to learn. during a recent supermarket visit my son at 4 years old was very excited everything he said was loud enough for me to remind him after every sentence to "stop yelling", "but dad i want to help you" was his reply which made me laugh over and over again, we were in the store an hour and a half, my interest was focused on how well his descriptions and memory from earlier "conversations" we had at home, my son was reminding me about the, cocoa pebbles, not only buying chicken and not needing ice cream because it is so cold outside, he could very easily be the loud, shelf grabbing, back talker. i make many honest attempts to avoid hypocrisy but temptation is everywhere, sometimes the bigger man is the bigger fool, i challenge myself to be decent hoping my little bit of good does something big down the road. i know i am in this fight alone and it feels i cannot win, i will die trying.
personally the numbers do not bother me, the repair that the school districts around the country need is criminal, let us pretend that the majority of children and young adults want to learn, then we are cheating them out of something they cannot provide for themselves. the American greed has truly funneled into the core of humanity with no remorse. the children that succeed in this defunct system might hold it against us. my biggest argument lies with television, how is entertainment, something with a stranglehold on American culture, able to erase censorship and education cant compete, these kids don't stand a chance. when i was young i only thought i knew everything nowadays confirmation is a smart phone away and who doesn't have a smart phone. kids are realizing much earlier than we did that they don't need parents especially when graduation has not prepared them for what their parents have been trying to hide from them for 10 years. education needs to be retooled to provide students with business and technical skills, not busy work that makes parents look stupid too.  the public school system receives a lot of tax payer money so now you get some tax payer talk.  there is no science involved here, teachers buck up and do the best job you can, complain at the teacher of the year conference, administration needs to remember the big kids driving the cars ain't students so have some respect or ill reincarnate Uncle Buck.

a real conversation

so much about life is mysterious and i used to have so many questions, now what i know seems so clear it is puzzling how anyone could disagree, i say the earth is big and it is, even compared to the sun the earth as humans are concerned is big, the earth provides everything we need to survive not even science can explain some phenomenon, we use calendars and measure time based on the rotation of the earth, seasons come and go, mother nature is truly in command. what humans create is destructive from preservatives in food to atomic energy what we rely on for enjoyment and comfort causes more harm than good, i am not concerned with living longer just living better because what else is there, answer that. what is it that we are here for, how are we here? i have the answer to 1 - what we are here for is achievement, every man and every woman has life, that is each and everyone of ours gift "LIFE" we are here for a period of time and that is all we know so why really make it difficult or bad. i really wanted to understand mankind but it just boils down to power and greed sorry folks but that's the truth. civilizations created countries and differences but before that was it just cavemen running around uncivilized, the only reason worth accepting that as truth is it gives us the excuse to be uncivilized today. war, poverty and corruption are not civil in fact with what we know about human behavior should make us more understanding when people are messed up, instead we have over populated jails, unexplainable expenses, traffic - why is there traffic and don't dismiss it, those are our tax dollars at work so why don't the roads work for us, the department of transportation knows very well the roads have to accommodate many different drivers in different weather and in the case of an emergency so why ( i will be nice and say 10 years ago ) didn't they start taking this into consideration and i better not hear funding because just in case some don't know money is man made, they ( i don't know who they is, i can guess ) have already made it clear that value can be  given or taken for no reason at all, i understand social classification and status as i am sure many of you all do, why is it ok for some people to have nothing and who is supposed to do something about it, every problem we face as a society has a fix - as for traffic it is messed up because they don't care - road improvements are always years behind - construction projects are scheduled at ridiculous times which is dangerous to workers and drivers increasing accidents, injuries and traffic tickets, they think we are stupid but i'm not stupid i am very observant and concerned because people are fed up, who puts 70 year old crossing guards at street light intersections and why are the cops camped out behind the CVS... because they know that asshole is out there and he or she is gonna cut through the 7-11 parking lot or maybe just make that right after the kids pass and not wait for permission, yeah and don't forget the seatbelt, what a bunch of clowns. why really can honda make a car go 150. it is disturbing that money is taken away from education, if anything is preserved it should be education, you want to save a tree and an eagle when you have bark for skin and feathers hanging out of your ass we can talk, the kids get the dollars for now, so many people wonder why hollywood has a voice its because entertainers aint starving, what they do with there money is there business how they earn that money is the mystery. a real fireman can do okay but if you act like one on TV, the skies the limit. what is the logic in religion this goes far beyond atheism because i can convince myself there is a higher power but why... faith is fantasy, yeah it would be great that if my real life was rewarded in the afterlife but why on earth does that make sense, what makes sense is understanding where we are and how we are here, i know pain hurts, being hungry hurts faith has never fixed anything but if you want to believe that your faith gave you the strength to get up in the morning or delivered you somewhere safely that's fine just not realistic. what is real is war and death  and the billions that have died for their chosen leader, cancer is real, there's a war the government could spend trillions on instead research is slowed because there is not enough money to support the scientist who have been working on a cure for 50 years. the government is still pushing pharmaceuticals, alcohol, cigarettes still lobbying for weed as the world gets high. i sometimes apologize when i go on & on, my outlook is oblong, this life is precious and we need to strive for more positive results and not just expect our leaders do a great job demand that they do.

there are obviously to many media positions, get off the guy already so he likes sex a lot of us do, i'm hearing sex addiction what is that! sounds like what a rapist might have, not a guy with tons of money and fame i'm sure a lot of females think he's hot, i'm sure they just fall over with legs up, trust me its hard to refuse, the guy was a golfer i'm sure with tons of time on his hands to say the least. so who is to blame ill start with the chick even if she needed convincing why on earth would she think he wouldn't be lying, then again there is always the part of the story we will never know. what baffles me is why is 1 guys sex so important - bill - bill - kobe - really lets let the wives care there are so many important issues overlooked because of all this stupid media that appeals to the small brains... i am going to cut this short just keep the crap off of sportscenter!
